Come 16 January is the Sinulog festival in Cebu in the Philippines. This religious celebration is to praise, worship and glory the Most Holy Child Jesus, popularly known as the Santo Nino. This is a big festival with both the religious and social aspects of it are all given such emphasis and significance.
